Product availability, delivery eligibility, shipping costs and the total payable must be confirmed before payment is authorised.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order and does not alone guarantee availability or acceptance. We may decline an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, or that involves an evident pricing error or suspected fraud. Where payment was taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.
