Merchant and currency
The merchant operating loverp0.com is xingyuan global Limited (興源國際貿易有限公司), trading through the brand LOVERP0. Product prices are displayed in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or cross-border fees.
Available payment methods
Use only a payment method actually offered at checkout. Payment availability depends on the payment facilities enabled for the store and the order. If no payment method is offered, contact customer service; do not send card details or an unsolicited payment by email.
We do not represent a payment processor, card network or payment method as accepted unless it is actually available for the transaction.
Check the order total
Review the products, quantities, delivery destination, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final total before authorising a payment. Do not proceed if a required shipping charge or delivery arrangement has not been confirmed.
Payment security
Enter payment credentials only in the payment facility presented during checkout. Customer service does not need your full card number, security code, account password or one-time authentication code. Never send those details by email.
Authorisations and unsuccessful payments
A bank or payment provider may show a pending authorisation while a transaction is being processed. A pending authorisation is not, by itself, confirmation that the order is accepted or dispatched. If a payment fails or appears duplicated, contact customer service with the order reference and a non-sensitive transaction reference before trying again.
Receipts, refunds and billing questions
Keep your order confirmation and payment receipt. If you do not recognise a charge, contact customer service and your payment provider. Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method as explained in the Refund & Return Policy . Cancellation requests follow the Cancellation Policy .
A product purchase does not authorise recurring payments or an automatic subscription.
